Tina’s yoga classes are amazing! I joined her class at just the right time as I was feeling frazzled and not in the mood to do anything. After that first Saturday Yay! class I felt so energised but calm it’s hard to describe. I knew this is the way I wanted to feel and after Wednesday’s Blissful Flow I am hooked. Tina has a captivating way to explain the chakras and combining it with yoga practice just makes you feel great- body and mind. Even a beginner like me! The best part is that you don’t have to get stressed out about missing a session as Tina sends you the recording afterwards to practice at your convenience. I also love her emails and am so glad I have discovered Calm Chakra Yoga!

Tina is such an amazing yoga instructor. She not only teaches you all the stances but explains them full. She also tells you about the different chakras in the body and what they stand for or how they work. Tina makes you feel so at ease and also caters the sessions for the individual and ensures that she’s not pushing you to far. Tina is so friendly and easy to relate too. She is helping me through a rough time at the moment with illnesses and also restrictions with my mobility. I try to attend twice a week but when I’m unable to she sends videos of the sessions, so that I can catch up and can also do them at a time that suits me. Tina is a phenomenal yoga instructor and I have recommended her to serveral people. I’d like to thank her for all that she does for me.
Tina is a brilliant person and yoga teacher! Our yoga sessions have helped me get through some really stressful times. Her calm spirit and love for what she does makes Calm Chakra Yoga a unique & relaxing experience. Worth every minute!
Hi Tina. Thank you so much the blissful yoga session last week. After a stressful day at work, yoga was what I needed to release and let go. It was definitely blissful. Thank you for sending the recorded video for me to practise in the week too. Having never done yoga, you were understanding and eased me into it. Having practiced yoga on and off for a while over the years I started doing Tina’s yoga online during lockdown and found it was a great way to relieve stress and stretch and I have definitely enjoyed doing it. Tina is full of energy and explains the postures, poses and movements in a way that is easy to understand. I would highly recommend giving it a go.
